This book has been written to help students enjoy participating in physical acitivites at school, and to encourage them to be physically active every day. The book contains nearly 40 physical activities which will help students to develop and consolidate skills outlined in the Australian Curriculum. All activities are easy to set up and inclusive. All instructions are accompanied with easy to follow diagrams and a list of basic equipment needed.
