Refund Policy

 

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give any refund if you simply change your mind or you have made a wrong selection. We will consider an exchange within one week of your purchase upon the presentation of your receipt except that all Tapes, DVDs, Videos, CD- ROMs, CDs and Manager’s Specials are a Firm Sale.

You are able to choose between a refund, an exchange or a credit where goods are wrongly described, faulty, different from the sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to.
